We provide complimentary services, including clinical counseling, a 24-hour abuse hotline for immediate assistance, aid with housing, support in reporting abuse to law enforcement, and access to free educational retreats and conferences. If we cannot directly offer the assistance you require, we are committed to referring you to someone with the necessary resources to meet your needs.

No. We are a non-profit organization and all services are offered to you for free. We depend on donations all year to keep operating.
We provide counseling services for trauma, substance abuse, and psychotherapy. Additionally, we offer secure housing for survivors seeking refuge from abusers. Our mission is to empower survivors to start afresh, fostering independence from their abusers through motivation, equipping and uplifting initiatives such as makeovers, retreats, and conferences.

We are actively seeking donations for our Safe House and our Survivor Makeover program, dedicated to those who have endured Childhood Sexual Abuse and/or Domestic Violence. Your support can make a significant difference in their lives. These survivors have already faced tremendous challenges, and now, we aim to empower them to live a life of abundance. Events
We host continuous events in Jacksonville, Florida, featuring retreats that include individual therapy sessions, 50-minute massages, group therapy sessions, and various enjoyable activities.
These retreats are exclusively offered at no cost for our survivors, encompassing hotel accommodations at the Marriott Hotel and meals for the entire weekend. If you're interested in learning more about our upcoming retreats, please utilize our contact form to request additional information.

Sanctuary of Change saved my life. One of their officers came from her home on the far end of Jacksonville, Florida to my home in Green Cove Springs, Florida at the drop of a dime at 6:00 pm in the evening. I reside approximately an hour away and was in the middle of a very severe domestic violent relationship and was experiencing extreme anxiety and needed to get away from the home and didn't have the strength to do it alone.
Sanctuary of Change came and assisted me to pack my bags, get calmed down, get safely in the car, and get to a safe place to stay. She helped me settle in for the night and called and check on me daily while also providing me counseling. Sanctuary of Change is dedicated to helping. The officer stayed with me from 6:00 pm until she got me to a safe home and settled in around 10:30 pm that night. This agency is the best by far. They make sure you are not on this journey alone.
